2. Products and Orders

• 2.1. All products displayed on our storefront are subject to stock availability.

• 2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed, completed orders.
• 2.4. Orders are considered confirmed once payment or order checkout details have been verified.

3. Payment

• 3.1. Payments can be made via mobile money (M-Pesa Buy Goods Till 8223592 / Time Crew Ventures), bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other authorized payment options provided at checkout.
• 3.2. All payments must be completed in full before order processing and courier dispatch, except for authorized pay-on-delivery arrangements.

4. Delivery

• 4.1. Our Delivery Policy outlines the terms of product delivery, including coverage across Kenya, timeframes, and applicable shipping fees.
• 4.2. Wira Gifts is not responsible for courier transit delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, roadblocks, or regional transit restrictions.

• 5.2. Personalized and custom-engraved items are non-refundable unless verified to be damaged or faulty upon arrival.
• 5.3. Return requests must be initiated within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery.
